Governmental & Community Relations serves as a liaison between the school district and the greater SAISD community, working to forge partnerships and foster relationships with parents, community and business leaders and elected officials. School board filings and associated election requirements are a responsibility of the department. The department also facilitates partnerships with hundreds of local businesses.
