The Facilities Services Department is comprised of various technical and trade work groups and is responsible for facility maintenance, custodial and grounds upkeep, and management of the physical plants serving all school and support facilities utilizing a computerized work order system, a customer service center, clerical staff, a fleet of vans, trucks and utility vehicles, as well as various heavy equipment and construction equipment. The Department also includes a Energy & Sustainability program which maintains comfortable and safe environments while optimizing energy performance.

WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT

SAISD uses the Facilitron Maintenance Management System to manage work orders. For questions regarding work orders, please contact the Customer Service Center at (210) 354-9305.

For access or assistance with the Facilitron Scheduling and Reservation system please contact Facilitron at 800-272-2962.
