988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

At SAISD, we are committed to fostering the mental health and well-being of all our students.  We understand that emotional, psychological, and social well-being are critical for personal and academic success.

  • Support Services:  Our team of Social Workers, Counselors and Mental Health Professionals are here to assist students in navigating challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression and more.  Whether through one-on-one counseling or group sessions, we provide a safe and confidential space for students to express their feelings and seek help.
  • Prevention and Education:  We offer workshops and resources aimed at equipping parents with skills in stress management, emotional regulation, and healthy coping mechanisms.  Mental health education is integrated into the curriculum to help students build resilience and awareness.
  • Crisis Support:  In the event of a mental health crisis, our schools are prepared with trained professionals who can provide immediate support and coordinate care with school partners and local mental health services.

How to Reach Us:

Students and parents are encouraged to reach out to our counseling team at any time.  Contact information and office hours are available on our School Mental Health section below to ensure accessibility for all who need support.
