Quick and easy registration for all students!
All students, both new and returning, must be enrolled each year. Please use the guide below to register on Frontline.

HOW TO REGISTER ON FRONTLINE

1. Log in With Your Frontline Parent Portal Account
To register, you will need to log in with your Frontline Parent Portal username and password. You can create a Frontline Parent Portal account here.
2. Update Your Information
Select or add the child you want to register. Update your information, complete required fields, and acknowledge all documents. You will need to complete registration for every attending SAISD for the 2021-22 school year.
3. Upload Documents
Below are the documents you will need to register. Documents may be uploaded directly onto Frontline, texted to (210) 309-3259, or brought to your child's school.
4. Submit and Confirm!
Once you have updated your information and submitted your documents, click "Submit". You will be prompted to review one last time. Click "Confirm Enrollment" if your enrollment summary is correct.
Proof of SAISD residency is needed to re-enroll (utility bill, phone bill, lease agreement, etc.)
Child's up-to-date immunization records are needed for in person learning and are dependent on grade level
1. Create an Account
On the Frontline registration page, click "Register New User" at the bottom. Create a username and password to sign in.
2. Add Your Information
Once you are signed in, you will need to create a new student for every child attending SAISD for the 2021-22 school year. Add your information, complete required fields, and acknowledge all documents.
3. Upload all Documents
Once you have added your information and submitted your documents, click "submit". You will be prompted to review one last time. Click "Confirm Enrollment" if your enrollment summary is correct.
Photo ID (driver’s license or military ID, etc.) of person registering the child
Proof of SAISD residence (utility bill OR phone bill OR lease agreement, etc.)
Child’s birth certificate or other proof of child’s identity and age
Child’s Social Security card, if available (preferred, but not required)
Child's up-to-date immunization records needed for in-person learning
Recent academic records (report card, withdrawal form, transcript, etc. preferred, but not required)
