***Important notice to Vendors regarding SAISD Deliveries***  

SAISD is now accepting deliveries at our District Campuses and Departments beginning Wednesday, May 20, 2020. Due to the reduced number of staff at our district locations, we ask that you please use the contact information listed on the package or packing list to schedule a delivery. All deliveries should be made during our normal business hours,Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.

In the event you are unable to reach anyone on campus or department, please contact the Procurement Service Department at 210-354-9060

 

Procurement Services has a team of specialists that provide procurement guidance and ensure competitive procurement of construction, supplies, services, and equipment needed to provide quality educational services to the students of SAISD.

The Procurement Services Department is responsible for the procurement, distribution, and disposition of goods and services for the San Antonio Independent School District. In accordance with state statute and District policy CH(Local), only the Procurement Services Department personnel are authorized to make purchase commitments for the District. San Antonio ISD assumes no liability for, and will not be responsible for the payment of, goods or services without a duly authorized purchase order issued by the District Procurement Services Department.
