Quality performance is influenced by an effective performance appraisal system that is based on current research and provides support and guidance for continued professional growth of all employees.
Evaluation of an employee’s job performance is a continuous process that focuses on improvement. Performance appraisals are based on an employee’s assigned job duties and other job-related criteria. All employees will participate in the appraisal process with their assigned supervisor, as outlined in Board Policy DN (Local). Appraisals for all permanent, full-time staff may be accessed through Performance Matters.
