Just as the district invests in supporting and recognizing excellence in our teachers and principals, it is also committed to implementing a comprehensive evaluation system for all central staff and campus support employees. This system is designed to develop and support excellence and involves goal setting, standards for performance, and differentiation based on job groups. Because evaluation of an employee’s job performance is a continuous process that focuses on improvement, it also includes evidence-based feedback for employees.
All employees participate in the annual appraisal process. Appraisals for all permanent, full-time staff may be accessed through Performance Matters.
