T-TESS Appraisals
T-TESS is the Texas recommended appraisal process designed to evaluate classroom teachers and establish a system of ongoing support. The comprehensive T-TESS rubric includes specific domains, dimensions, descriptors, and performance levels to assess a teacher’s level of instructional proficiency. An in-depth understanding of how their performance will be measured using the rubric is essential for teachers to thoroughly engage in the T-TESS appraisal process.
