Professional Growth Plans
Professional Growth Plans are intended to support employee growth and development and focus on goal-oriented, specific, measurable outcomes, rather than serve as a punitive measure. Any employee, regardless of contract type or employment status, may be placed on a Professional Growth Plan if the employee’s supervisor identifies the need for additional support when an employee is unable to meet the expectations of his or her role. All Professional Growth Plans must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Continuous Improvement.
The Professional Growth Plan process includes:
- Identification for the Need for Remediation
- Professional Growth Plan Development
- Professional Growth Plan Monitoring and Extension
- Professional Growth Plan Closure
