Want Something Added to ClassLink?

Follow these steps to add resources to ClassLink for yourself, your students or your campus.

Is the digital resource already on the SAISD Approved District Software List? Check the List of District Approved Software and Apps here! These applications have been found to be safe to use in SAISD's digital environment. Please verify that the software or application has been reviewed and approved to use on your specific operating system- iOS for iPads, Chrome for Chromebooks, Windows for desktop and laptops, etc.
- Yes- move to Step 2 below.
- No- Contact the applicable department in Curriculum and Instruction to submit a Software Approval request on your behalf through the Software Approval Request in the Technology Support Portal. Only Academic Departments are authorized to submit a request for software approval.
Is the digital resource free?
- Yes- Most free sites have courtesy links as shortcuts or password vault that will remember your login credentials for you. You can:
  - Add them yourself from the App Library in ClassLink.
  - If you are a classroom teacher, use the Teacher Console to add the app to your students' ClassLink MyApps page.
  - Request that the app be added to your or your student's ClassLink MyApps page here.
- No- Start the PO process with the vendor and submit an Onboarding Request so that we can begin the onboarding process. Verify with your vendor that they will roster through ClassLink for your specific license.
Has your campus or department purchased a product license with the vendor?
- Yes- Fill out an Onboarding Request to provide Digital Instructional Systems with the information necessary to complete your integration. Depending on the vendor and time of year, this process usually takes between 1-2 weeks to complete.
- No- Check the list of District Approved Software to make sure the program is approved for purchase. Reach out to the vendor to begin the PO process, and fill out an Onboarding Request once the PO is in process.
