Purpose

San Antonio ISD’s School Performance Framework is the tool that guides our path toward excellence and empowers our community to define success in alignment with our shared values. It not only guides educators but also propels them on a journey towards transforming all our schools into places of academic excellence, ensuring the success of every student.

Project Outcomes

The project team will design San Antonio ISD’s School Performance Framework to be used by:
- Campuses in continuous improvement as part of a comprehensive School Improvement Planning Process.
- The District as part of processes to provide support, deploy resources, open, close, expand, redesign or restructure schools or school programs.
- The Board of Trustees and the community to communicate school progress toward the District's vision, values, goals, and guardrails.
