About
The Leadership Officer Training Corps (LOTC) program is a middle school leadership program. The course teaches students about student achievement, wellness, leadership, and diversity. The outcomes of the LOTC program are: (a) act with integrity and personal accountability as a leader of others, (b) engage in civic and social activities in the community, (c) graduate to excel in high school, (d) make decisions that promote positive social, emotional, and physical health, (e) help students to develop new skills they can use in school and throughout life, (f) value the role of the school and other public service organizations.
