What: SAISD Foundation to take new teachers on shopping spree for classroom supplies

When: Aug. 5 (Fri) – Media invited 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: Target, 4522 Fredericksburg Road, 78201

Media are invited to capture a shopping spree. Representatives from the SAISD Foundation are helping brand new teachers get ready for their first school year – by taking them shopping for classroom supplies. Educators will be able to purchase up to $100 worth of classroom supplies, courtesy of the SAISD Foundation, during this New Teacher Shopping Day event. 

Educators may choose from three physical locations or an online option.

Media are invited to capture the moment at the Target store at Wonderland of the America Mall in Balcones Heights.
