San Antonio ISD announced today it will continue its policy to operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2022-2023 school year. All SAISD schools qualify to operate CEP and will serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge. Meal applications are not required. This approach reduces burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.
San Antonio ISD anunció hoy que continuará su política para operar el Programa de Elegibilidad Comunitaria (CEP) bajo el Programa Nacional de Almuerzos Escolares y el Programa de Desayuno Escolar para el año escolar 2022-2023. Todas las escuelas de SAISD califican para operar CEP y servirán desayuno y almuerzo a todos los niños sin cargo. No se requieren aplicaciones de comidas. Este enfoque reduce las cargas tanto para las familias como para los administradores escolares y ayuda a garantizar que los estudiantes reciban comidas nutritivas.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
