Nov. 21-25 (Mon-Fri) - SAISD closed for Thanksgiving Break
SAISD schools and offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from Nov. 21-25. Offices and schools will reopen on Monday, Nov. 28.  

Nov. 21 (Mon) - Lanier High School 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Drive-Thru
2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Lanier High School CTE Parking Lot, 1514 W. Cesar Chavez Blvd., 78207
The non-profit 412 Threads will be delivering a lot of Thanksgiving joy to the west side. The group will be giving 400 turkeys to Lanier High School students and families at the 2nd annual Thanksgiving Drive-Thru on campus. The festive kick-off to Thanksgiving week will feature live music and all families will leave with goodie bags along with their free turkey.
