Dec. 11, 2020 – The SAISD Foundation is celebrating "12 Days of Giving" with the announcement of 12 teacher mini-grant awards. In the videos linked below, the educators share in their own words how their $500 awards will impact the students they teach. 

“It’s amazing what educators can make happen with $500,” said SAISD Foundation Executive Director Judy Geelhoed.

This is just the start of the SAISD Foundation grant-giving season, Geelhoed said. More than 100 mini-grants will be awarded in December in January as a result of the Wells Fargo Endowment and the donors of the foundation’s recent Get Inspired! Virtual Event.
