SAISD hosts teacher job fair for 2021-22 school year
Teachers sought in areas of ELAR, math, science, bilingual, special education

San Antonio ISD is seeking qualified elementary and secondary teachers in the areas of math, science, bilingual, special education, and English, Language, Arts and Reading (ELAR) for the 2021-22 school year. 

“The district is seeking passionate individuals; passionate about learning, teaching, and inspiring students to reach their highest potential,” said Arnoldo Guitérrez II, interim executive director for recruitment and staffing. “Educators should be deeply committed to equity and believe, like us, that a zip code should not and cannot define the destiny of our students.”

This is an in-person, face-to-face event. For the safety of everyone involved, face masks are required. Applicants will have the opportunity to engage with campus administrators during this on-site job fair. Principals will have the opportunity to make recommendations or set follow-up interviews at the campus level. There will be limited pre-hire opportunities for qualified applicants.
