SAISD Student Film Festival Information

We're thrilled to announce that submissions for the 2024-2025 SAISD Student Film Festival are now officially OPEN! Click here to submit a film! This is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their creativity and storytelling skills through the art of film. Whether it's a short fiction film, documentary, or PSA, we want to see what your students can create! Remember, the submission deadline is March 28, so get your cameras rolling and let those ideas flow!

Teacher Support Available

To empower our educators, we are excited to introduce the Explore Filmmaking series for iPads and the Explore Filmmaking series for Canva! These sessions are designed to guide potential teacher sponsors in creating their own films, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to better support their students in the filmmaking process. Our first sessions kick off this week (12/3 & 12/5), providing hands-on support and resources for teachers eager to dive into the world of filmmaking.
