Provide resources and workshops to support student success and academic achievement, ensuring that all students have the necessary support to thrive academically. Facilitate mentorship programs to ensure all students have access to caring adult mentors who can provide guidance and support.

A: Advocate for Community Engagement

Organize district-wide volunteer events and civic engagement initiatives to foster meaningful connections between families, schools, and the broader community. Provide support to schools and departments to enhance family engagement efforts and build strong partnerships with community organizations.
