Teacher & School Leader Initiative
The Teacher & School Leader Initiative (TSL) is a federally-funded grant awarded to the San Antonio Independent School District in support of the following components: Induction, Retention, Pipelines, and Partnerships. Titled the Equity-Centered Educator Pipeline Initiative (ECEPI), the TSL grant team and stakeholders work in tandem to build capacity in educators with the goal of increasing performance-based compensation and retaining high-quality, culturally competent teachers in SAISD.
