In order to access the SAISD Fitness Assessment Systems, please log in with your SAISD login and password. You will utilize the SAISD Fitness Assessment Template to capture your data to input into the SAISD Fitness Assessment System. This system is ready and available for you to utilize.
If parents request their student’s physical fitness assessment results, please send an email to their physical education teacher. They will send the result home with your students. If you have any further questions, please contact rsalazar@saisd.net.
