Letter: Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey – evaluation of September, Oct. 1, 2022

Thank you for the robust response last month to our first internal customer satisfaction survey. The results from the September survey, which evaluated customer service in August, are available on the employee portal. Click Customer Satisfaction Survey in the left menu column of the employee portal, and once on the survey page, scroll down to view last month’s results.  
 
Those of us in the central office are reviewing the results and making plans to ensure that every day we are responsive to your needs – so that we all can better support our students. 
  
Today, we are launching the October survey, and we ask that you share how you felt about your experiences with departments during the month of September. As always, this evaluation of departments is anonymous.
