New Employees
It is the responsibility of the newly hired employees to contact their former employer to request and submit the following Official Texas Service Records (form FIN 115) for salary increment purposes and unused state days.
Please note, the employee is responsible for ensuring Human Capital Management receives this information; the District will not follow-up on the employee’s behalf. The employee will only receive the entry rate for their position until the required documentation is received.
Documents should be received in a timely manner within 30 days of their first work day.

Out-of-State & Out-of-Country or Private School
Submit the following two completed forms:
- Official Texas Service Record (form FIN 115) with official authorized signature, stamped, contact information name, title, physical mailing address, phone number, and personal email address.

College or University Transcript(s)
Submit the following three completed forms:

*These documents each requires a Conferred/Awarded Date
- Official Masters and Bachelor’s degrees and non-degree transcripts should be electronically submitted to Onboarding@saisd.net
- Out of the Country college transcripts per TEA must be translated by a foreign credential evaluation service to be accepted.
