Former Employees (Full-Time)
Official Service Records are only provided to former full-time employees that have separated from the district; requests will be processed after the last paycheck has been processed. This allows for an accurate calculation of your state day credits.

The following is required to process:
- First and Last Name
- Employee ID
- Last 4 of SS
- New School District Contact Information:
- Mailing Address
Processing Time: All requests are processed in the order received & can take up to 30 business days during high volume periods (typically April-August).
